Exhibiting at the Conference
Exhibitors are welcome and appreciated! The vendor area will be in the spacious ballrooms at the
Raleigh Convention Center. We hope you will plan to exhibit at the 2011 NC GIS Conference. Inquire early. The exhibit hall featured more than 50 booths in 2009.
Registration
Exhibitors must register online. Visit the
online registration site to select and pay for your booth(s). The registration site will generate your invoice.

Fees
$1,100 for one or first booth (10’ x 10’)
$650 for each additional booth
Each Booth Includes
- 2 complimentary full conference registrations (Note: Do not register those using these complimentary registrations using the conference’s online registration service. Exhibitor attendees will register at the conference in the Exhibit Hall.)
- 10-ft x 10-ft pipe and drape
- 1 table with skirt and cloth
- 2 chairs
- 1 wastebasket
- 1 110V electrical outlet (20 amp service)
Shipping Logistics
Southern Exhibition Services will provide drayage for the conference. The Raleigh Convention Center will not accept direct freight shipments. If drayage is needed, please contact Southern Exhibition Services directly using the form below.
